Job Overview
We are hiring a Part-*Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy* to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing aggressive or high-intensity behaviors and who thrives in natural, non-clinic environments. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior intervention plans focused on safety, skill-building, and long-term independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Confidently and safely manage aggressive or escalated behaviors using trained protocols.
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation using electronic systems (e.g., AlohaABA).
- Foster communication, social, play, and daily living skills across natural environments.
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical team members to ensure consistent support.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with challenging/aggressive behaviors in children.
- Calm, compassionate, and safety-conscious approach in high-stress situations.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (travel required to homes).
- Competent using technology for data entry and scheduling.
Preferred Experience
- Prior ABA experience (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with electronic ABA systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills for caregiver collaboration.

- Compensation: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work Setting: 100% Field-Based – No clinic location
