Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At Sunny Skies ABA, we’re a passionate, heart-driven team dedicated to bringing brighter days to individuals and families affected by autism. As a small and growing agency, we believe in creating joy, building trust, and making a real impact through personalized, high-quality ethical ABA services. We are currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us on a part time (with the option of growing into full time) basis.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee and support RBTs, ensuring quality implementation of behavior strategies.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven updates to interventions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Deliver parent training sessions and promote skill generalization across home and community settings.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience supervising RBTs or similar staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to grow with a startup agency and contribute to building a strong culture of care.
