Licensed Therapist (LCSW) – W-2 | Flexible Schedule | $50–60 per Session + Earned Benefits

About the Role

We are a growing mental health practice seeking licensed therapists to join our team as W-2 employees. This role is ideal for clinicians who want predictable pay, consistent referrals, and freedom from administrative burdens — with the ability to earn benefits based on sustained productivity.

Compensation

• $50–60 per completed, attended therapy session

• Paid bi-weekly

• Simple per-visit pay (no collections tracking)

• Opportunity for rate increases with volume and tenure

Earned Benefits (Based on Sustained Productivity)

Tier 1 – Core Benefits, $50 completed visit, Eligibility: 12+ completed visits/week for 60 consecutive days

• License renewal reimbursement (up to $300/year)

• Continuing education allowance (up to $500/year)

Tier 2 – PTO Benefits Eligibility: 18+ completed visits/week for 90 consecutive days

• 5 days Paid Time Off per year

• Paid holidays or floating holidays (as designated)

• Increased per-session rate per compensation ladder, $55 completed visit

Tier 3 – Retention Benefits Eligibility: 22–25+ completed visits/week for 6 months

• 10 days Paid Time Off per year

• $60 per completed session

Benefits eligibility is based on completed, attended visits and ongoing good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services

• Complete documentation in a timely manner, close charts day of visit, we use FeedAI if interested in using this fearture

• Maintain ethical and professional standards

Requirements

• Active Florida license LCSW

• Comfortable providing telehealth services

• Reliable internet and private workspace
