Overview
We are seeking a dedicated ACSW or AMFT to join our outpatient treatment center. This role focuses on providing individual therapy, completing treatment plans, and conducting utilization reviews for clients receiving substance use and/or mental health services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one therapy in an outpatient setting
- Complete and update individualized treatment plans
- Conduct utilization reviews and ensure medical necessity documentation
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Follow ethical and professional standards in compliance with BBS regulations
- Conduct Biopsychosocial, diagnostic evaluations, and patient assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing mental health emergencies or behavioral crises.
Experience
- Valid licensure or registration as an ACSW or AMFT is required; candidates must be actively working towards full licensure if not yet licensed.
- Registered ACSW or AMFT in good standing with the BBS
- Master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, or related field
- Experience in outpatient, substance use, or mental health treatment preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
