We are actively seeking a motivated and dedicated LPC-Associate who thrives in a supportive environment and is looking to grow their skills, caseload, and clinical confidence.

Position Overview

The LPC-Associate will provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults (depending on preference and fit). You will work closely with our clinical supervisors and administrative team to ensure clients receive excellent care and a positive therapeutic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients (children, teens, adults, or a combination)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments)
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
• Collaborate with our administrative and clinical team as needed
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality practices
• Maintain a consistent schedule that supports full-time caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active LPC-Associate license in Texas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with diverse populations
• Ability to maintain professionalism and boundaries
• Willingness to grow, learn, and receive supervision

Preferred (Not Required) Experience

• Experience with children, teens, or families
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care
• Interest in groups, workshops, or community events
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
