We’re looking for an open, organized, and outgoing Spanish Speaking therapist to join our close-knit team at La Luz Counseling—a Christian, faith-based private practice committed to serving children (4+), adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. What’s Required:
- MUST work in-office at least 2 evenings/week (5pm-9pm) and at least 4 hours on Saturdays
- Fully licensed applicants must have no past complaints or malpractice
- Prior clinical experience required; private practice experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Christian counseling experience is a plus
- Strong clinical documentation, diagnostic, and time management skills
- Team player with excellent communication and follow-through
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, MI, etc.) to individuals and couples virtually and in office
- Maintain timely documentation (notes due within 24 hours)
- Participate in biweekly clinical consults + monthly staff meetings
- Support clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and more
- Stay current with trainings and clinical best practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
