We are excited to invite a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated and collaborative team of clinicians and administrators. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in center, home and community settings, providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals and families across one of our service locations. This is a W2 role with competitive compensation.
As a key member of our clinical team, the BCBA will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and supervising ABA treatment plans. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress to ensure effective interventions. Additionally, the position involves supervising RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), providing guidance and support to ensure they are delivering quality care to clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBTs and clinical staff
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed
- Maintain consistent communication with families and caregivers
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical team meetings
- Support center-based services and programming as needed
- Participate in company-led training and professional development
- Apply current ABA research and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- BCBA certification (required)
- Active Pennsylvania LBS license (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience conducting assessments, developing ABA programs, and supervising ABA staff
- Ability to commute to and work from West Chester, 19382 (required)
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to relocate prior to start date, if not local
