Position Overview
As a BCBA with us, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You’ll conduct assessments, guide intervention strategies, and collaborate closely with families, RBTs, teachers, and other professionals.
Whether you’re at an entry-level or growing your career, you’ll receive mentorship from BCBA LEVEL 2, clinical support, and opportunities to advance.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $90,500 (based on performance and billable structure)
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Up to $250.00 CEU reimbursement
- Max 2 CEU days annually

Responsibilities (Entry-Level BCBA)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and assist in developing individualized treatment plans with clinical mentorship.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Provide performance feedback, guidance, and support to RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to make informed treatment decisions.
- Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP and develop skill-acquisition programs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide parent/caregiver training using evidence-based ABA practices.
- Complete clear, accurate documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Attend team meetings, clinical reviews, and participate in continuing professional development.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, company policies, and state/regional regulations.
- Complete 26 billable hours weekly
- BCBA is responsible for managing a caseload of 7-10 stakeholders

- Active BCBA certification
- Active LBA license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- 0-1 years of having BCBA license
- Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice
