We are hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support young learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA experience required — we provide all training and certification.

Training Wheels ABA is an early intervention ABA provider serving children ages 18 months to 10 years old. Our South Austin clinic is known for its supportive culture, hands-on clinical mentorship, and strong commitment to empowering families through evidence-based therapy.

What You’ll Do
Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD
Implement therapeutic programs designed by a BCBA
Support communication, play, social, and daily living skill development
Accurately document client progress
Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and Operations Manager
Paid Training + RBT Certification
We fully prepare you for success with:
40 hours of ABA training
RBT competency assessment
Support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician certification in 30 days
What We Offer

Qualifications:
- Interest in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
- At least 6 months of experience working with children
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential
