About Us:

Brighter Day Counseling Services is a private counseling practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults through individual, family, and group therapy. Our specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and postpartum mood disorders.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking motivated and compassionate LPC to provide counseling services in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, or group counseling services
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation
• Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas, or
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with trauma, anxiety, or mood disorders
