This is a fully remote, telepsychiatry position requiring current CA licensure, with all work conducted via telemedicine.
We are an established telepsychiatry provider since 2008, offering high-quality mental health care with comprehensive support staff and excellent malpractice coverage.
The role involves 24 hours/week working Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties.
Candidates must have a CA MD/DO license, current DEA registrable in CA, board certification or eligibility, and experience with county mental health populations. Fluency in English is required; Spanish and other languages are a plus.
As an independent contractor, you'll provide outpatient care to severely mentally ill county patients, with guaranteed scheduled patient time and ongoing work.
Qualifications include at least 4 years of post-residency county behavioral health experience and the ability to prescribe Schedule II medications.
