Intensive Outpatient Program Counselor
This position provides substance use disorder counseling services for adults in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and an Outpatient Program (OP) that are being treated primarily for opioid dependence. Applicant must have knowledge of chemical dependency and skills necessary to counsel individuals in group/individual therapy and work closely with the medical team managing medication paths. This position will be responsible for completing assessments and treatment plans for individuals in IOP and OP programs while coordinating internal and external communications for client's progress.
Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team required.
Knowledge and/or experience working with Medication-Assisted Treatment is required.
Hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5 with one later day (Tuesday) until 6:30 PM.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
