At Success On The Spectrum (SOS) in Richardson, TX, we’re proud to be an individually owned ABA clinic with a play-based model that emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and real-world learning. Our team believes that therapy should be engaging, dynamic, and deeply rewarding — which is why we take clients on monthly field trips to practice skills in natural settings and foster genuine joy in learning.

We’re seeking an organized, experienced, and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our full-time clinical team. If you’re looking for a supportive environment that values creativity, compassion, and collaboration, you’ll feel right at home here.

Position Details

  • Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Location: Richardson, TX (in-clinic and in-home)
  • Status: Full-time, Salaried
  • Pay: $102,000 – $115,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Weekly Performance Based Bonuses Available!
  • Signing Bonus: $8,000*
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
  • Supervision: Reports to Clinical Director and Franchise Training Team

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
  • Develop and implement individualized, research-based ABA programs
  • Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress
  • Lead weekly parent training sessions and provide regular progress updates
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, interns, and clinical team members (in-clinic and in-home)
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly professional trainings
  • Manage safety protocols and documentation, including insurance pre-authorization requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive therapy environment
  • Attend monthly virtual training sessions with the SOS franchisor (group and individual)

What You Need

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Passion for play-based, child-centered learning
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children on the floor
  • Clean criminal background
