Seeking a licensed counselor to serve as a Family Counselor in a wilderness treatment center for at-risk boys aged 12-17.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and skill development needs.
- Engage families through orientation, monthly counseling, education, and ongoing communication to strengthen relationships.
- Assist residents with psychological and behavioral issues, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with substance abuse counselors.
- Act as a liaison with external agencies, participate in court and discharge planning, and support smooth transitions for residents.
