About Us:
At We Achieve ABA, we’re passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental challenges. We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote position. This role is perfect for someone who loves working independently but also enjoys collaborating with a supportive team to help families and clients thrive.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Supervise and support RBTs to ensure behavior plans are being implemented correctly.
Work closely with families to help them carry out strategies at home, school, and in the community.
Track and analyze data to ensure interventions are making an impact and adjust as needed.
Provide guidance and training to families on effective behavior management techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

BCBA certification.
North Carolina LBA certification.
Experience with ABA therapy, assessments, and working with families.
Strong communication skills, organization, and a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
