We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join a telehealth team serving adults and adolescents throughout Washington. This role is centered around direct client care: structured assessments, weekly therapy sessions, and regular progress reviews with a focus on meaningful outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Manage a steady caseload of telehealth clients.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews.
- Build collaborative treatment plans and adjust them as needs change.
- Provide short-term and longer-term therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Monitor risk and follow established safety protocols when necessary.
- Document all services in the EHR clearly and on time.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Active Washington license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
- 1–2+ years of experience providing direct clinical services.
- Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth technology and EHR systems.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).
- Annual salary range: $115,000–$120,000.
- Full-time weekday schedule.
