We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join a telehealth team serving adults and adolescents throughout Washington. This role is centered around direct client care: structured assessments, weekly therapy sessions, and regular progress reviews with a focus on meaningful outcomes.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a steady caseload of telehealth clients.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews.
  • Build collaborative treatment plans and adjust them as needs change.
  • Provide short-term and longer-term therapy using evidence-based approaches.
  • Monitor risk and follow established safety protocols when necessary.
  • Document all services in the EHR clearly and on time.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
  • Active Washington license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
  • 1–2+ years of experience providing direct clinical services.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth technology and EHR systems.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).
