- Provide direct support and consultation to students, school staff, and stakeholders in public school settings.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and support IEP teams with meaningful, measurable goals.
- Coach school staff on implementation and support strategies.
- Collaborate with a team that values clinical excellence, creativity, and student-centered support.
- Active BCBA certification (Required)
- Master's in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working in school-based settings (Bonus points!)
