Join Our Team – Behavior Technician Wanted for Play-Based, Neurodiversity-Affirming ABA Clinic

A New Way ABA | Child-Centered | Trauma-Informed | Client-Led

A New Way ABA is a small but growing ABA company that values connection, collaboration, and care. We center the neurodivergent experience and use trauma-informed, play-based practices in all that we do. We’re currently looking for a Behavior Technician who’s ready to grow with us and help shape a more compassionate approach to ABA.

If you’re reliable, caring, and passionate about supporting children of varying ages in a respectful and joyful environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Who You Are:

  • Hold at least a high school diploma (required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
  • Have experience working with children (early childhood, school-age, or special education settings preferred)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus — but we will provide training for the right candidate
  • Committed to learning and applying trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practices
  • Dependable, flexible, and excited to be part of a collaborative team

What We Offer:

  • $20–$28/hr starting pay, depending on experience
  • Guaranteed hours for full-time staff
  • Hours available starting day one — no waiting around
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Health insurance options
  • Travel compensation when working across multiple clinic locations in the same day
  • A supportive, team-oriented environment with room to grow

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a clinic that’s reimagining what ABA can be. Come help us build something meaningful.
