A New Way ABA is a small but growing ABA company that values connection, collaboration, and care. We center the neurodivergent experience and use trauma-informed, play-based practices in all that we do. We’re currently looking for a Behavior Technician who’s ready to grow with us and help shape a more compassionate approach to ABA.

Who You Are:
- Hold at least a high school diploma (required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
- Have experience working with children (early childhood, school-age, or special education settings preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus — but we will provide training for the right candidate
- Committed to learning and applying trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practices
- Dependable, flexible, and excited to be part of a collaborative team
