We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who prefers structured, predictable days and clinically focused work. You’ll provide telehealth therapy to clients dealing with mood disorders, relationship issues, work stress, and major life transitions, using clear, goal-oriented treatment plans.What You’ll Do
- Offer ongoing individual psychotherapy via secure video sessions.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake interviews.
- Set realistic treatment goals with clients and review progress regularly.
- Teach coping skills and practical strategies clients can apply in daily life.
- Keep organized, timely notes for each session in the EHR.
- Join virtual case discussions and trainings as needed.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Active Washington license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
- 1–2+ years of experience providing direct clinical services.
- Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth technology and EHR systems.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).
- Annual salary range: $115,000–$120,000.
- Full-time weekday schedule.
- 2 weeks paid time off.
