We’re currently hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is ready to make a lasting impact by helping children and families thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children ages 3–17 and their caregivers.
  • Provide parent coaching and feedback to support family involvement in treatment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, NPs, and clinicians.
  • Document your work with professionalism and timeliness using TherapyNotes EMR.
  • Stay engaged in professional development and contribute to community outreach.

Who You Are

  • A Licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Texas (required)
  • Experienced or highly motivated to work with children and teens (3–17)
  • Skilled in evidence-based practices and passionate about mental health
  • Comfortable with EMRs (TherapyNotes experience is a plus!)
  • Compassionate, professional, and eager to make a difference
