Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time


At Potential Inc., we believe deeply in the potential within every individual with Autism. As we continue expanding access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts-known internally as Program Coordinators-play a vital role in ensuring effective treatment, guiding clinicians, and supporting families across home and school settings throughout Northeast Philadelphia. This full-time, salaried role offers consistent daytime hours, with flexibility for two evening shifts per week, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents ages 2-18.


What You'll Do



  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans • Conduct assessments such as functional analyses and other behavior/skill evaluations • Observe clients and staff across clinic, school, home, and community environments • Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities • Lead new client intakes and develop responsive treatment recommendations • Collaborate closely with families, teachers, physicians, and insurance partners • Guide and support clinicians delivering one-on-one ABA services to ensure high-quality care • Maintain a compassionate, ethical, and client-centered approach aligned with Potential Inc.'s mission

Qualifications



  • Active BCBA CertificationBehavior Specialist License (LBS) • Passion for working with children ages 2-18 across multiple settings • Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, plus flexibility for two evening shifts per week • Ability to commute primarily to Northeast Philadelphia • Strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality ABA services
