WHO YOU ARE
You are an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician who will treat, track, and report the effectiveness of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) related interventions for individuals with autism, developmental delays, and other learning disabilities while working with a multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Client Supervision - Supervise clients in The Hope Therapy Center
  • Treatment - Follow client’s treatment plans using ABA principles and other relevant intervention under the supervision of the assigned BCBA/BC/QHP and therapists
  • Data Tracking and Analysis - Ensure accurate and reliable data collection on all treatment plans and other target skills related to ABA curriculum using data sheets and electronic marking devices in order to identify skill acquisitions, behavioral improvement, and mastered target achievement
  • Reporting - Complete documentation in accordance with Hope deadlines and legal timelines
  • Collaboration - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with professional and support staff, administration, clients, parents, and community groups
  • Training - Actively participate in staff meetings and in-service training programs to continuously update skills
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Qualifications
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental delays

Clearances & Training Required
  • Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance
  • Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance
  • Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of Education
  • Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
  • Act 168 from Previous Employers where you came into contact with children
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • CPR/First Aid
  • TB/Physical
