Location: Multiple Sites Available Across Philadelphia

Compensation: $86,000–$100,000 (based on experience, schedule, and caseload)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours Only (No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call)

Your Day-to-Day

· Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults and older adults in long-term care, rehab, and outpatient settings.

· Partner with interdisciplinary care teams — physicians, nurses, and facility staff — to deliver holistic, integrated care.

· Complete documentation and assessments promptly using CHE’s supported systems.

· Offer compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care.

· Participate in professional development and supervision to continually refine your practice.

What You’ll Bring

· Active Pennsylvania state license as an LPC

· Master’s degree or higher in Counseling

· Commitment to patient-centered care and strong interpersonal communication skills.
