Experteer Overview In this BCBA role, you lead clinical care within AST/LEARN Behavioral, guiding evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will supervise the team, mentor behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to deliver person-centered, assent-based treatment. You’ll analyze data to drive programming decisions and ensure high-quality implementation across cases. Expect regular training, regional meetings, and active family coaching as part of a mission-driven, collaborative network of BCBAs. Compensation / Benefits • Provide oversight and supervision for the team and clients • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members • Prioritize client safety in all cases • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely Tasks • Master's degree or higher • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal) • Commitment to our five values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, and excellence Key requirements • Free CEUs on LEARNing Lab • Yearly professional development stipend • Monthly clinical forums • 28 days of paid time off for full-time BCBAs • Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits • 401(k) with discretionary match starting year 1
