Experteer Overview In this role you will provide clinical leadership as a BCBA within AST/LEARN, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise and mentor behavior technicians, collaborate with families, and guide program direction with data-driven decisions. This part-time opportunity supports professional growth through ongoing training and cross-team collaboration, contributing to a mission-driven, assent-based treatment approach. Compensation / Benefits • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members • Prioritize client safety across cases • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment Tasks • Master's degree or higher • BCBA certification or expected to sit for BCBA exam within next 3 months • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills Key requirements • Free, on-demand CEUs on LEARNing Lab • Yearly professional development stipend • DEI and Neurodiversity-focused groups • Talkspace wellness benefits • 28 days of paid time off for new full-time BCBAs • 401(k) with discretionary match
