Responsibilities:

• Integrated Primary and Behavioral Health Care
• Treatment planning and review
• Individual sessions
• Mental Health Screening Suicide risk assessment
• Treatment Planning and Safety Planning Incident reporting

Qualifications:

• Evidence of California social work licensure and master's level transcripts
• Continuation of CE credits
• Experience working in setting with individuals and families
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to think globally, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills
• Experience working with persons diagnosed with mental disabilities
• CPR Certification
• Consent to Livescan
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Cultural competence and sensitivity
• Demonstrate consistency, compassion, integrity, motivation and clear communication
• Ability to follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
