What You’ll Do

• Provide direct ABA services to students in a classroom setting.
• Use evidence-based strategies and positive reinforcement to teach communication and social skills.
• Collect and track data on client progress.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate closely with our BCBA supervisors and Field Trainers for hands-on support.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of direct ABA experience (preferred)
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their goals
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

If you have experience as a Behavior Therapist, ABA Technician, Paraprofessional, Preschool Teacher, Caregiver, or in Psychology, Social Work, or Education, we’d love to meet you!
