Natomas, Sacramento School Based BCBA - #29056

Ro Health is looking for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians for the 2025-2026 school year at Natomas Charter School. The BCBA may be responsible for developing individual plans to maintain or improve certain behaviors, will be responsible for monitoring the RBT's providing of services to the children they are working with, and ensuring that the RBT's are helping students effectively meet behavior goals.

Requirements:

• Masters degree / Bachelors Degree preferred or related course work
• Must be a current active BCBA
• Flexible supporting 3 sites within 3 miles of each other
• Previous school experience required
• Willingness to assist in students learning process
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Great with Kids
