Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups. Your role will involve utilizing various therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. Duties: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing - Offer counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups - Assist clients in developing coping skills and strategies for managing stress and emotional difficulties - Conduct child and family counseling sessions to address behavioral issues and improve family dynamics - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards - Facilitate group therapy sessions to address specific topics or promote skill-building - Provide crisis intervention services as needed - Engage in case management activities to coordinate resources and support for clients Experience: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Proven experience in clinical counseling, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting - Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention - Strong assessment skills to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans - Experience in child family counseling is highly desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with other professionals - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines - Knowledge of medical documentation requirements We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
