BCBA — ABA SHINE Location: In person Richmond area
Compensation: $80–$85/hr (PT) or $110k–$117k (FT salary) DOE + mileage, CEU stipend.

We’re a small but growing, BCBA woman-owned Bay Area agency building supportive, sane workloads for clinicians. Our Behavior intervention program is primary serving early intervention and all our cases are staffed by trained RBTs/BTs and supervised by BCBAs and mid-level, to service only RCEB client and some of CCHP client after they turn three.

The Role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $111,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
