About the Role: Clinical Supervisor – Psychological Assessment

Join one of San Jose’s most respected nonprofit community health organizations as a Clinical Supervisor within our Behavioral Health Program. In this key leadership role, you’ll supervise psychological assessments and provide clinical oversight for trainees, interns, and licensed staff. You’ll guide psychological assessment protocols, ensure clinical excellence, and support the development of culturally competent care models.

This position includes a small caseload (minimum one client), offering a balance of clinical practice and supervision in a highly supportive environment. With over 50 years of community impact, we provide a stable, mission-driven workplace focused on delivering quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and case consultation for doctoral interns, trainees, and staff
  • Oversee and review psychological and neuropsychological assessments and reports
  • Conduct live supervision and provide structured performance feedback
  • Lead clinical trainings and support professional development
  • Deliver individual, group, and family counseling using culturally responsive approaches
  • Develop and implement culturally relevant treatment plans
  • Coordinate referrals and provide case management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Current licensure as a Psychologist in California
  • Minimum two years post-licensure experience
  • At least two years of psychological and neuropsychological testing and report writing
  • Proven experience providing clinical supervision, including assessment-specific guidance
  • Proficiency with electronic health records; EPIC experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
