About Kiddos ABA
Kiddos ABA LLC is a nationwide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to helping children and families reach their fullest potential. We are expanding services across the country and are looking for passionate, motivated BCBAs to join our growing network.Our goal is to build a supportive environment where clinicians can focus on what truly matters — making meaningful, lasting change for children with autism and related developmental needs.Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Strong professional ethics and dedication to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based ABA (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and design individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and ABA therapists
- Monitor progress, adjust programming, and communicate effectively with families
- Maintain documentation in compliance with BACB and state guidelines
- Collaborate with Kiddos ABA leadership to establish and grow local programs
Compensation
- $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid during licensing phase)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
