As our Care Team Scheduler & Client Services Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our caregivers and the families we serve—making sure every shift is covered, every need is met, and every client feels supported.

What You’ll Do:

  • Match caregivers with clients based on availability, personality, and care needs
  • Conduct client intakes and create detailed care plans
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for clients, families, and care staff
  • Perform home visits for quality checks, caregiver introductions, and client support
  • Provide field support during callouts, including occasional caregiving if needed
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and care records
  • Take part in the on-call rotation (after-hours/weekend support)
  • Collaborate with office staff and leadership to improve services and processes
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

What You Bring:

  • Associate degree or higher
  • At least 1 year of healthcare/home care scheduling experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassion for seniors and a desire to support both clients and caregivers
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some travel required)
  • Previous caregiving experience (HHA/CNA/PCA) is a plus

The environment may contain a potential exposure to illness and/or bodily fluids. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This is not a remote position.
