Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in working with children and adolescents. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health and developmental needs of our clients.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through high-quality psychological care, in-depth reporting, and collaboration with clinicians, educators, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic testing, and clinical evaluations for children and adolescents.
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools to support accurate and thorough diagnoses.
  • Prepare detailed, timely, and clinically sound psychological evaluation reports, including assessment results and treatment recommendations.
  • Maintain comprehensive, confidential, and compliant documentation for all client interactions and services provided.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, educators, case managers, and medical professionals to support integrated care.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development/training.
Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, registered/valid in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Demonstrated experience conducting psychological assessments with children and adolescents.
  • Strong knowledge of standardized assessment tools and diagnostic criteria.
  • Excellent report-writing and documentation skills with attention to clinical detail and clarity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across disciplines.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, client-centered care, and culturally responsive practice.
