BCBA - School Based, 25–26 School Year and Beyond

Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts

Schedule: Varies per assignment, typically Monday–Friday, school hours

Pay: $55-65 per hour

Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative and student-centered school team in our Massachusetts region for the 2025-2026 school year (and beyond). BCBA Responsibilities May Include:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment data
  • Collaborate with special education teams, classroom staff, and related service providers to implement positive behavior supports
  • Train, coach, and support school staff (e.g., teachers, paraprofessionals, RBTs) in implementing behavior strategies and data collection procedures
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior-related goals and services
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing intervention planning and monitor student progress
  • Provide supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring compliance with BACB standards and quality of service

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification in the BACB
  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) License
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention planning
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
