A part-time school psychologist opportunity is available within a K-12 public school setting located in Lynn, MA. This contract position spans the current school year through June 19, 2026. The role focuses on providing psychological services tailored to student needs with flexible weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop appropriate intervention plans
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional development through individualized strategies
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of evaluations and interventions in compliance with state regulations
Qualifications:
- Current state certification/licensure as a school psychologist as required by Massachusetts standards
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to manage caseloads with flexibility depending on student needs
