Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to ethical practices, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, including schools and community organizations.

Skills

• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis methodologies.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children.
• Strong understanding of special education principles and behavioral health practices.
• Ability to provide patient care with empathy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of medical documentation requirements and HIPAA compliance.
