Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist for a full-time, in-person position in Parma, Michigan. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to support students academic, behavioral, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering student success by collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create positive and inclusive learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify students learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
Develop and implement individualized intervention and support plans
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success and well-being
Provide consultation and training to school staff on behavior management and instructional strategies
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making
Ensure compliance with Michigan state and district regulations for school psychological services
Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of evaluations, interventions, and student progress
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
Active Michigan School Psychologist certification or eligibility required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
