Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Train and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and behavior technicians.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure optimal client progress.
• Maintain compliance with industry and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification and Missouri licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills.
