Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
- Train and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and behavior technicians.
- Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure optimal client progress.
- Maintain compliance with industry and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
- BCBA certification and Missouri licensure (or eligibility).
