- Hours: Full-time, schedule to be determined (weekday + weekend availability)
- Reports to: Center Director & Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

- Support new staff hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy and small group support based on individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with and operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect, organize, and review session data to support clinical decisions
- Serve as a key point of contact for families—connecting them with services, answering questions, and escalating needs when necessary
- Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and administrative operations to ensure smooth clinic function
- Help develop and refine ABA programming alongside clinical leadership
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment
- Are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential

- Communicate clearly and professionally with families, clinicians, and peers
- Handle challenges with calmness, tact, and discretion
- Are highly organized and proactive, especially in administrative tasks

- Required:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (valid & active)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or related field
- BA in a related field or currently pursuing relevant education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Preferred:
- Experience in case management or family support roles
- Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking)
- Experience in clinic-based or hybrid ABA service models
- Pay: $45,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience)
