Job Summary
A Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Clinical Coordinator provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialist on an assigned team. Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceeded by direct reports. Ensures assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on their team.

Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceeded by direct reports. Ensures assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on their team.
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 1 year experience working with the SMI population with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse
- 1 year experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities.
- Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 39 month clear MVR
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
- CPR/First Aid
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
