Behavior Technician (BT) Position Overview: We’re looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BT). In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with clients under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing customized behavior plans and teaching key life skills in settings such as homes, schools, and the community. Behavior Technicians play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions, collecting data, and assisting clients in reaching their goals.
