Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assessor to join our team. This will be a hybrid role of doing assessments onsite at Elite Recovery and half for in-custody clients at Ramsey County jail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in behavioral health and therapy, demonstrating the ability to provide support and guidance to individuals facing various challenges. This role requires a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients while employing evidence-based practices to facilitate their growth and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Complete Comprehensive Assessments and all intake documentation with clients.
 - Complete in-custody assessments at Ramsey County Jail
 - Work closely with Ramsey County specialty courts
 - Complete admission DAANES accurately and in a timely manner.
 - Work closely with the Admissions team to move clients into treatment quickly and efficiently.
 - Provide crisis management and problem-solving support for clients and families..
 - Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
 - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Treatment Director.
 - This role would be Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm
 
Qualifications
- Have an active LADC license
 - 1 year experience in behavioral health settings is required.
 - Proficiency in documentation practices, detailed comprehensive assessments and completing them in a timely manor
 - Strong skills in patient assessment and crisis management.
 - Knowledge of coding principles related to behavioral health is a plus.
 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
 - A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
