Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Location: Stockton, CA

Pay Rate: $165/hr – 1099

Schedule: Any 3 days during the week 3x10 hours

Benefits: Sign-On Bonus & Referral Bonus Available

Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide mental health care to inmates/wards in a correctional setting. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, crisis intervention, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology
  • Active California Psychologist license
  • Experience in assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health and suicide risk assessments
  • Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and mental status exams
  • Develop treatment plans and document care (SOAPE notes, reports)
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IDTT) meetings and case consultations
  • Collaborate with staff and community programs to support rehabilitation and re-entry
  • Ensure compliance with California laws, regulations, confidentiality, and mandated reporting
