Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview:

Milestones Services Inc is seeking a full-time BCBA. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement an ABA program for children up to 6 years of age.

Responsibilities:

The BCBA provides leadership within the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program at Milestones Services, Inc. The position is responsible for supervision of RBT’s and oversees ABA treatment for students enrolled in the program. This person provides support to our families and staff members to increase knowledge and skills to better support students.

The BCBA will:

Screen referrals

Create individualized treatment plans

Supervise RBT’s

Implement data collection using an EMR

Collaborate with team members and families

Qualifications:

Credentialed with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.

Experience supervising RBT’s and exam candidates, preferred.

Experience with school aged children, preferred.

Experience with screening, assessment, program implementation, and evaluation of children with autism.

Works well as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualified candidate must pass criminal background check, child maltreatment registry check, and adult maltreatment registry check; as well as meet drug screening requirements.

Pay: $69,928.14 - $84,214.53 per year
