Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The LCSW will provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse population, including children, individuals with disabilities, and geriatric clients. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions in accordance with best practices and ethical standards.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including behavioral therapy and addiction counseling.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ICD-10 coding standards.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques as appropriate for clients with developmental challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
• Advocate for clients' access to resources and support services within the community.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience working with treatment resistant depression.
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems and experience implementing evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries.
