- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients meet goals
- Deliver music therapy using instruments, singing, movement, and listening
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly and update care team
- Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff on treatment plans

- Benefits may vary by employment status
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in music therapy from an AMTA-approved program
- Board-certified (MT-BC) by CBMT
- Preferred: 2 years clinical music therapy experience
- Valid driver’s license with insured, reliable vehicle
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and end-of-life issues
