Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor

About the Opportunity:
We are a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and families through high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We are seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team as Clinical Supervisors. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a dynamic clinical staff in a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight for individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans based on data-driven assessments.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions.
  • Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality clinical care
