Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight for individualized behavior intervention programs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans based on data-driven assessments.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions.
- Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality clinical care
