Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

We are seeking a warm, collaborative, and clinically skilled Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT's) to join our growing team. Key Reponsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and Board of Behavioral Science requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure comprehensive and ethical treatment.
• Participate inn team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development
• Conduct telehealth sessions in conpliance with state telehealth laws and ethical standards.
• Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining clinical excellence and compassion

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling or related field
• Active LMFT license in the state of California (additional state licensure is a plus: FL, GA, HI, NV)
• Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (but not required)
• Demonstrated competence in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and culturally sensitive modalities
• Familiarity with Simple Practice electronic health records (EHR), documentation, and telehealth
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
